We don’t fill a gap with warm bodies. When a project calls for more hands, we reach out to a small group of independent landmen we’ve worked alongside since our early years in the field. They know the basins. They work the same way we do.
Who’s in the Network
CPLs and experienced independents — people with courthouse relationships, records knowledge, and field experience across the Permian and Anadarko. We don’t add someone to this group lightly, and we don’t use someone we haven’t worked with directly.
How It Works for You
You work with us. We manage the project, set the standards, and deliver the work. Whether it’s a single-tract runsheet or a multi-county acquisition program, coordination stays with us. You don’t manage a roster of contractors.
